Last updated: 13 October 2026. Every price on UBevents246.net is shown in Barbados dollars (BDS). This page lists every fee you could pay, so there are no surprises at checkout.
How you pay
- Pay securely by PayPal or debit/credit card at checkout.
- Prices are shown in BDS. Card and PayPal payments are charged in US dollars at a fixed rate of BDS $2 = US $1. Your bank may add its own foreign-transaction fee.
- The same price applies to everyone. No VAT is added at checkout.
Fees
Event tickets
Booking fee: 7% of the ticket price + BDS $1 per ticket. This is the only fee on tickets; no separate card fee is added. Promoters receive 100% of the ticket price. The booking fee is not refundable (see the refund policy).
Experiences, services and shop products
Online payment processing fee when you pay by PayPal or card: about 5.4% + US$0.30. It covers what PayPal charges us and is shown as its own line before you pay.
Delivery (where offered)
BDS $15 per order for island-wide delivery. Pickup is free.
Auctions
No buyer’s premium. Winners pay the winning bid plus the payment processing fee shown at checkout, within 48 hours. See the auction rules.

Deposits
Many services and products priced BDS $50 or more can be booked with a 50% deposit instead of paying in full. The balance is due before or on the day of the booking; we send you a secure payment link for it. Event tickets are always paid in full. Deposits are generally non-refundable; full details are in the Refund & Deposit Policy.
For sellers and promoters
- Event promoters keep 100% of the ticket price. The booking fee is paid by the buyer.
- Marketplace and auction sellers pay a 10% commission on each completed sale. Listing is free.
After you pay
- You get an order confirmation by email straight away. Tickets arrive as QR codes in that email and under My Account › Orders.
- For bookings and services we confirm the date and time with you.
