Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, or that's created as a normal part of using the site. Depending on how you use UBevents246.net, that may include:
Contact form
If you use our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message.
Orders, bookings & event tickets
If you purchase a product, book a service, or buy an event ticket, we collect your first and last name, billing address, phone number, and email address to process the order. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal — we never see or store your full card or bank account details ourselves.
Accounts
Creating an account — to check out, submit an event, or apply to sell on our marketplace — stores your name, email address, and username.
Event, organizer & venue submissions
If you submit an event, or apply as an event organizer or venue, we collect the details you provide in that form — event or business name, description, dates, location, contact details, and any images or documents you upload. If your event includes paid tickets, your event submission is automatically linked to a vendor store on our marketplace (see below) so ticket sales can be processed and paid out to you.
Marketplace vendor accounts
If you sell on our marketplace as a vendor, your store profile includes your store name, business address, phone number, store description, business hours, and any logo, banner image, or social media links you choose to add.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address, where you signed up, and your subscription status, so we can send updates and let you unsubscribe at any time.
Community chat
Our public Group Chat lets you join as a logged-in member or as a guest. Messages you post — including a display name if you join as a guest — are visible to other participants and stored so the conversation history can load for everyone in the room.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, we automatically receive some technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view — through Google Analytics (which we've configured to exclude logged-in visitors) and our security tools. If you enable browser push notifications, we store a unique notification identifier for your browser so we can send you updates you've opted into.
Cookies

Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site, each only for the purpose described:
- PayPal — to process payments for orders, bookings, and ticket sales
- Google Analytics & Google Search Console — for aggregate site-traffic and search-performance data
- Wordfence — a security service that monitors traffic for malicious activity
- PushEngage — if you opt in to browser push notifications
- GTranslate — if you use the site's language-translation feature, the page content is passed to Google Translate to display your chosen language
Our site also displays public content from Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Reviews — these embeds may be subject to those platforms' own privacy policies.
Data Retention
We keep order, account, and vendor records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter and push-notification data is kept until you unsubscribe or opt out. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you sooner, contact us and we'll act on your request wherever we're able to.
