How it works
Submit your event
Add your flyer, date and venue. Under Tickets choose "Paid tickets" then "Sell on UBevents246" and add your ticket types, prices and how many.
We approve it
We check every listing, usually within a day. Once approved, tickets go on sale right away on your event page.
Buyers get QR tickets
Buyers pay by PayPal or card. Each ticket arrives as a QR code by email and in their account.
Scan at the door
Open the ticket scanner on your phone and point it at each QR code. Each ticket works once. Add your own door staff.
What it costs
For you: nothing
Listing is free and there is no commission on tickets. You receive 100% of your ticket price.
For buyers: a booking fee
7% of the ticket price + BDS $1.00 per ticket, added at checkout. It covers card processing, QR tickets and the platform.

Card payments are charged in US dollars at BDS $2 = US $1. All fees.
Getting paid
After your event
Your ticket money becomes available to withdraw the day after your event ends. Holding it until then means buyers can be refunded if an event is cancelled.
PayPal or bank
Withdraw from your Seller dashboard by PayPal or bank transfer (minimum US $25.00). We email you when your money is ready.
See sales live
Your promoter page shows tickets sold per type, your sales total, check-ins and a downloadable guest list.
Questions
Can I sell different ticket types?
Yes. Add up to 4 types when you submit, for example General, VIP and Early bird, each with its own price and number of tickets. Need more? Message us.
When do ticket sales stop?
Online sales close when your event starts, or earlier if a ticket type sells out.
What if my event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled without a new date, buyers can get the ticket price refunded on request. The booking fee is not refundable. See the refund policy.
Can I change prices or add more tickets?
Yes. WhatsApp or email us and we update it, usually the same day. Tickets already sold stay valid.
Do I need an account?
We create one for you with the email you submit, so you can see your sales and scan tickets. We email you a link to set your password.
