Questions

When does my ad go live?

Within 24–48 hours of receiving your artwork and details. Your 7 or 30 days start the day it goes live, not the day you pay.

How do I know it worked?

Your Sponsored ad uses a tracked link, so we count every tap through to your page. Weekly and monthly packages come with a short report of clicks plus your post and story results.

Can I change my ad during the month?

Yes. Monthly Business and Premium Partner can swap artwork once a week at no charge, for example to push a new special.

What ads are not allowed?

We review every ad. We do not run adult content, anything illegal, misleading claims, or ads that copy another brand. Ads are always labelled “Sponsored”.

Is there a refund?

Full refund if you cancel before your ad goes live. Once it is live, if we miss any part of your package we extend your dates to make it up.

Do you have a long-term rate?

Yes. Book 3 months of Monthly Business or Premium Partner and get the third month at half price. WhatsApp us to set it up.
