How booking works

Rental requirements
- Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid, full driving licence.
- Visitors also need a Barbados Visitor’s Driving Permit (Visitor’s Registration Certificate). Ask us how to get one before pickup.
- Bring a passport or national ID that matches the booking name.
- Drivers aged 70+ need a medical certificate from a local doctor.
Driving in Barbados
- Drive on the left. Most cars are right-hand drive.
- Speed limits are in km/h: about 40 in towns, 60 on rural roads, 80 on highways.
- Seatbelts are required for everyone; children under 5 need a child seat.
- Rental cars carry an H on the licence plate.

Why are prices shown in BDS and charged in USD?
Our rates are set in Barbados dollars. Online payments are processed in US dollars at the fixed rate of BDS $2 = US$1, so BDS $125 is charged as US$62.50.
Are there extra taxes or fees?
No. The daily rate you see is the rate you pay (a small processing fee applies only if you pay online by PayPal or card).
Do you offer a weekly discount?
Rentals of 5 days or more are BDS $120 a day. For monthly rentals, WhatsApp us for a quote.
Can I pay the balance at pickup?
Yes. Pay the 50% deposit online to confirm, then pay the balance online from your reservation page or at pickup.
Can the car be delivered to the airport or my hotel?
Contact us before booking and we will let you know what is possible for your dates.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations and deposits follow our Refund & Deposit Policy.
