UBMG Beat License Agreement — Full Terms

1. How Licensing Works

When you purchase a beat from the UBMG Beat Store, you are buying a license to use that beat under the terms of the tier you select — not the copyright to the underlying instrumental itself, except under the Exclusive Rights tier described below. UBMG (UBevents246 Media Group) retains ownership of each beat unless full exclusive rights have been purchased and transferred in writing.

2. MP3 Lease

Files included: MP3 only.
Grant: A non-exclusive license to use this beat in one (1) new commercial song ("the Song"). You may distribute and sell the Song on digital platforms, use it in monetized content (e.g. YouTube, social media), and perform it live.
Non-exclusive: This beat is not removed from sale — it may be leased to other artists at the same time.
Distribution limits: Any numeric caps on units sold, streams, or monetized views for this tier are set by UBevents246 and will be confirmed at checkout or on request — this document does not state a specific number.
Credit: Not required, but appreciated (e.g. "Prod. by UBMG").

3. WAV Lease

Files included: MP3 and WAV.
Grant: Everything included in the MP3 Lease, plus the uncompressed WAV file for higher-quality mixing, mastering, and distribution.
Non-exclusive: This beat is not removed from sale — it may be leased to other artists at the same time.
Distribution limits: As with the MP3 Lease, any specific numeric caps for this tier are set by UBevents246 and confirmed at checkout or on request.
Credit: Not required, but appreciated.

4. Premium Lease

Files included: MP3, WAV, and trackout stems (individual instrument and vocal-bed audio files).
Grant: Everything included in the WAV Lease, plus the stems, allowing professional remixing and full control over the individual beat elements during your mix.
Non-exclusive: This beat is not removed from sale — it may be leased to other artists at the same time.
Distribution limits: As with the tiers above, any specific numeric caps for this tier are set by UBevents246 and confirmed at checkout or on request.
Credit: Not required, but appreciated.

5. Unlimited License

Files included: MP3, WAV, and trackout stems.
Grant: Everything included in the Premium Lease, with the unit-sold, stream, and monetized-view caps that apply to the leases above removed for this beat and this buyer.
Non-exclusive: Even at this tier, the beat is not removed from sale — UBMG may still lease it to other artists unless you separately purchase Exclusive Rights.
Credit: Not required, but appreciated.

6. Exclusive Rights

Files included: MP3, WAV, trackout stems, and signed exclusivity documentation.
Grant: Full, exclusive ownership of this beat. Once purchased, the beat is permanently removed from the UBMG Beat Store and will not be leased or sold to any other artist.
Pricing: Exclusive Rights are priced individually per beat — contact us for a quote.
Documentation: The specific transfer of ownership, songwriting splits, and any sample-clearance details are set out in the signed exclusivity agreement provided at purchase, which governs over this summary if the two ever conflict.

7. Restrictions That Apply to Every Tier

Regardless of tier, you may not resell or re-license the beat file itself (as opposed to the Song you make with it), claim sole authorship or copyright of the underlying instrumental on a non-exclusive tier, upload the beat or its stems anywhere they could be downloaded or re-licensed by someone else, or use the beat in unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content.

8. Digital Delivery & Refunds

Beat licenses are digital products delivered instantly on purchase. Because the files can be downloaded immediately, sales are generally final once the files have been delivered, except where the wrong files were sent or a technical error prevented delivery. 9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Barbados.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update this license agreement from time to time, including after legal review. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase are the terms that apply to that purchase.
